  1. Hi,
I have never bought a fresh Turkey before. I am looking for one that has not been injected with sodium solution, antibiotics etc. Can you please tell me how much your Turkeys are per pound? I would be picking it up in Traverse City. Thank you

    1. Patricia–thanks for writing. Our turkeys have actually been raised organically this year–even better than non-gmo. They’ve not been given any solutions, injections, etc. Only the organic rations and pasture since being three weeks old. They are $9 per pound and we expect them to dress out between nine and fifteen pounds per bird. We will be processing them the weekend prior to Thanksgiving and you’ll have the option of having a fresh or a frozen bird. There are only five of the twenty-five birds left to be sold. If you want one you can call with a credit card number or mail us a check for $10 asap to Morganic Farm, 8040 M 113 E, Fife Lake, MI 49633. Birds can then be picked up at the farm or handed off in Traverse City. Thanks!
