5. Order Tracking

7. PO Boxes, APO/FPO

Delivery to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or remote locations is subject to carrier limitations and may require extended timelines or alternative services.


8. Delays & Delivery Issues

  • External events (weather, customs, peak seasons) may impact transit times.
  • Incorrect addresses may cause returns or additional fees—verify details at checkout.
  • Marked “delivered” but not received? Check with neighbors/security and contact support within 48 hours.
